I’m sure this has been asked before, but how bad could it be?

I have used all 3 substances in conjunction with the others on separate occasions. But never used all 3 at once.

I know the concerns are of blood pressure & heart rate - but the individual combinations have never caused me issue before. I am a healthy 32 year old with no previous health issues and should not have a genetic disposition to worry about based on family history.

Are there signs specifically to watch out for? Any tips or ideas on signs or feeling to be aware of?

If anybody has specific information about the combination besides the general consensus that they pose a risk - please share in the comments.
