I am diagnosed narcoleptic. I regularly take Adderall daily 10 mg 4x per day (40 mg). Sometimes Adderall XR in the morning on top of what I normally take.

I have tried taking different dosages orally and/or snorting before and during marathon sex with my partner. Usually we will do 30 mg 2x in 6-8 hours (Once when we start and then about halfway point.). But I never feel the 'glorious' Adderall effects everyone raves about. Could it be because I'm already on Adderall regularly? If so, how high of a dosage should I increase to for play fun?

We also do some other things when we play. Viagra orally when we start and 2-3 hours later. And we snort a TrailMix of C, K, X, M, and V from start throughout the night. Could these be canceling out or impeding the Adderall effects?
