so I took 60mg NEP in the morning (11:00) and I redossd 3 times during the day with 30 mg the first 2 times (15:00 and (19:00) and with 60mgthe third time (22:00).

Now, (23:00) I would normally stimmfap one last time and take some seroquel (around 00:00), so that I could go to bed....

But....today happens to be my ex-wife's birthday and she wants to spend the night with me...And sadly, right at this moment my dick doesn't really work.... I mean, yeah I could always stimmfap with a limb dick but to give her the birthday present called "good fuck"...? I don't think I really can bro...

So...

Would it be bad, if I took (let's say) 10mg (?) Cialis?

I know it would be bad for the heart, but couldn't I also take 1,5mg bisoprolol to protect the heart and lower my blood pressure?

EDIT: I found out that Cialis has a different mechanism of action than Viagra, which means it is not that risky to combine it with stimms (as it is with Viagra afaik)

But what about the bisoprolol? Is it safe to take? Or better, will it have a positive or negative impact on my performance in bed?

EDIT: So, I took 10mg Cialis and 1,5mg bisoprolol and it went great! Heart rate was completely normal (100-130 mildly elevated but in the normal range) and my dick worked perfectly! After my ex took off, I took 15mg quetiapine, stimmfapped one more time until the quetiapine started working and went to sleep...

Well... research completed & combo is great (I guess for my body and organs 30M, fairly fit, 70kg) use at your own risk...
