I'm a long-time reader of this incredible subreddit. I appreciate the knowledge and experience you all share. I decided to ask for help from a new account, and I hope you'll understand.

ABOUT US

My significant other (F46, 50kg) and I (M49, 75kg) are planning a special night with 4-MMC.

We have some experience with Nexus Flip. We found that this combination works nice for us:

Her dosage - MDMA T 0 - 120 mg - MDMA T 1:30 - 60 mg - 2C-B T 3:00 - 15 mg - 2C-B T 4:30 - 13 mg

My dosage - Tadalafil T -24h - 5 mg - Tadalafil T -2h - 5 mg - MDMA T 0 - 120 mg - MDMA T 1:30 - 60 mg - 2C-B T 3:00 - 17 mg - 2C-B T 4:30 - 15 mg

My SO suffers from ADHD, so despite differences in our weight, we use almost same dosage.

ISSUE

Because my SO started taking ADHD medication (Concerta) some time ago, she now feels diminished effects (even she skips Concerta on MDMA day.)

That’s why we decided to try 4-MMC, because it works both dopamine and serotonin receptors.

I did some research and we defenetly want to stick to oral ROA. Help me out please with dosage plan and timing.

I’m considering this: - 4-MMC T 0 - 200 mg - 4-MMC T 1:30 - 200 mg - 4-MMC T 3:00 - 200 mg (optional or replaced with 2C-B - 15 mg)

Are this dosages right?

Should I lower dosage for my SO?

Are breaks enough with oral ROA?

I’ve heard that there is significant urge to redose. Is a good way to address it? Maybe 15 mg of 2C-B as last dose similar to Nexus Flip?

Grateful for any insights, and thank you.
