Reducing MDMA dosage to combine with psychedelic?

Planning a night of chem sex with the missus and wanting to switch it up a bit since we’ve just recently discovered we both love to fuck on a low dosage of shrooms.

Normally we’d stick to the recommended dosage for MDMA based on weight (him-200 lbs: 140 mg, her-120 lbs: 105 mg), but I’m reading that we should lower that down to account for taking 1-1.5 g of golden teacher.

Dosage: What should our MDMA dosage look like?

Timing: drop the shrooms first, wait 60 minutes and then the MDMA?

Taking Cialis for the first time too; how early in the day and what dosage?
