Combo for solo session

I get the house to self this week and I usually do a solo roll. I enjoy lots of porn sometimes like anal toys, but mostly gooning all day. I would like this to last as long as possible. Does anyone have a combo that can last all day? I have these at my disposal: mdma, 2cb, ghb, poppers, edibles (always). Does doing a reverse nexus flip, allow for 2cb after mdma ? I some times do a nexus flip, just trying to find a combo that maintaines 8 plus hours (I know greddy).
