Can I take both propranalol and cialis?

Is this combo safe?
I was recently prescribed 10 mg propranolol to try for social anxiety. I know both propranolol and cialis could lower blood pressure, and supposedly beta blockers can cause ED. Can I take cialis alongside to prevent the ED?
Would be a nice combo to help with performance anxiety, but wondering if this even works or if it’s safe. I know 10mg is the lowest dose of propranolol and was thinking 5-10 mg of cialis?
