I'm sorry if it sounded a bit messy as I'm falling asleep soon.

Hello everyone hope you all doing well, I've been facing pe for pretty long time now where I last literally 10s 30 at my best. Long story short I tried multiple SSRI (consulting a doctor between each step inorder to avoid repetition) i first started with priligy it was the most expensive and out of my hand by the time but I decided to try for my so it didn't work not even a bit to be fully honest then I went on Prozac and I had the same thing then I went on zoloft first at 50 it did work well as I could notice getting the 2min mark so the doctor suggested to up it to 100mg i started to have some side effects (extreme sweating where literally I can squeeze my shirt at morning and fill a cup with sweat so I had to stop it. Then I went on paroxetine at 20mg first and it did give signs that it would work so we made it to 40mg and omg it was a game changer I could last 10 15 20min no issue at all it was amazing it was all I've ever dreamed of but recently it just stopped working for whatever a reason, I mean there was some period we didn't have an intercourse (not due to a fight or issue at all my so was just sick for some time but the relationship was always at it's best) then when we went back I ask went back to 0 where literally 10 20s again even though with 40mg.

I digged a bit around on the internet and I found it's a common thing that people face after some time on paroxetine where it would just not work and some people suggest to either change the SSRI or up the dosage I did read that some people do take 60mg but I don't want to take up that high I've been thinking of changing to Lexapro as I heard it gives good results.

I will definitely do speak to my doctor but I'm just reading here and there and asking if someone did have similar experience as honestly I definitely lost hope at all after this going back to 0 once again
