Keyword order?

Can someone explain this?
My page title: "Keyword1 - Keyword2 - Sitename"
Google Query 1: "Keyword2 Keyword1 Sitename" ->>> SERP #1. Note that the keywords are reversed here compared to my page title.
Google Query 2: "Keyword1 Keyword2 Sitename" ->>> Not even top 100.
Whats going on? Sitename is pretty unique so i find it kind of weird that it's completely missing in that second query but #1 for the first. The competition is weak and most of the top 50 results are just spam sites.
