I’m struggling to understand the pricing per project or monthly pricing models with such a variety of needs.

Here’s a few recent needs that have come up, and they don’t fit into the model of “2 blog posts a week, monthly audit, Facebook post” kind of thing:

Bunch of orphan pages that needed to be reorganized and positioned differently on the site.

Had to optimize someone’s Email setup with SendGrid to send/receive from the same email (wasn’t hard but I didn’t know what to do, was my first time needing sendgrid)

Client doesn’t have original logo files, so I’m hiring a designer to remake the exact version so we can post logo properly across Google and social.

Random useless CSS in a head tag that’s slowing down the site needs to be removed.

None of these things really fit into a nice “box”. Do you have like a MISC portion of the invoice to handle stuff like this?

Or do you charge hourly?

Or something else?
