I work for a company representing a couple of these sites. They got hit with the "thin content" manual action in Webmaster Tools today. Upon further research, I noticed a lot of other Toyota dealers websites seem to have also been hit. They are

I haven't extensively researched Toyota dealers all over the country or other types of dealers in these regions. But spot checks show that this problem seems to be regional and only Toyota dealers.
So my questions are: 1. Has anyone seen this before? 2. Any ideas on how to fix for our penalized sites?
