Will my class still count?

I am a general business major slated to graduate this semester but, Iām going to receive a C- in Finance 321. However, I have received a B or better in all of my other major related courses. If Iām correct, the only major requirement for a General Business major is to maintain a 2.0 average over all upper division major courses or am I misunderstanding this requirement?
