the first thing anyone says when tier lists are brought up is that they're all trash and you shouldn't use them.
but the same people that want to trash them only have the advice "just test the units as you go"
That's garbage advice, there are way too many units for everyone to "test as they go" and most players don't have the time or money to test every unit they get.

Are there any goo resources for which units are good or bad, or even just a data dump with their stats? Or just some kind of data based tier list that is halfway reasonable as a starting point?
