So I finally found a car after searching half the map and vehicle spawns. BUt it has no engine so I pushed it two squares to the traders as I looked up that is only where you can get an engine. It was a pain to zig zag up hills etc but made it to the traders and the option to buy an engine is greyed out!?

I have a vehicle repair kit, 30K in cash and bank notes and 600ish fame points. I have taken out the battery and the altinator I just bought but everything I have tried fails. The option to buy the engine is still greyed out. I can buy the hood, doors etc, up armour the car etc.

Any one else had this issue?

Maybe it is becasue my single player file was from the first going nuclear update. There has since been another patch which had added in the new 2 door car.
