Hello quick question about pixels

So I’m trying to make one color screen printed shirts and was making designs for my project. My question is, what happens if the image isn’t 300 dpi or vectorized and has some noticeable pixels in the art. Will it come out uneven or would I end up with a pixelated shirt.
