Where do you get your supplies? Online or local?

I’m pretty new to screen printing and having fun with it. I’d say it’s a hobby so don’t have a big budget to work with. I’ve gotten stuff from the local hobby stores and have noticed people recommending against that… pretty much all Speedball.
My questions is where do you buy your ink? Since it’s a hobby, I am not looking to bulk like shops would.
Also, any budget flash dryer recommendations… good to look for or bad to avoid?
