Are there any SCPs that alter society for the better?

I am working on a research project and I am looking for examples of SCPs that either do or potentially could completely change the world or society in a way that could be considered an improvement. Are there any SCPs that detail utopian societies or entities that aim to help humanity progress (even if the methods are less than desirable at first)? I am primarily concerned with standard entries, but I can use examples of tales as well.
