Does the SCP Foundation or any of the GOI have a link to other written universes? Have they dealings with analogues of organisations or characters referred to in the tales or files?

By this I mean veiled references like you might find in Lukyanenkov books, (The Watch series) or Kresley Cole who crosses characters with other authors in the genres. Not outright "Shy Guy goes mad at hogwarts" type stuff or Fox Mulder and Scully are there by name, just references that may be other fantasy series.

I was thinking of bleeding over by vaguely referring to some of the Russian "Watch" organisation into a tale but was unsure if it would be bad form.
