When looking at the SCP universe as a whole, we see many articles that are mutually exclusive, they cannot exist while the other does, this is most obvious (to me at least) in articles that take a look into the afterlife.
In regard to series 1, what articles are mutually exclusive in this way (dis-including 001 for obvious reasons), and are there any minor changes to those articles that could make them fit within the bounds of the storyline without fundamentally changing the point or story of the SCP?
EDIT:
From the responses thus far I have not seen a contradictory SCP. Having 173 and 096 within the same facility came up, which is not something directly stated in series 1 itself but in some canons they are both held at Site 19. Given that series 1 itself does not state this (and this would not break canon, it would just be a very stupid thing to do) I have not yet seen a mutually exclusive example within series 1 outside of 001 proposals. As 001 proposals can all exist or not exist or sometimes exist or maybe exist or basically just be the Schrödinger's cat of SCP, I will continue to not count them. I will make a new post including series 2 in the question in a while, if no answers came up for series 1, thank you all for the responses!
I think the most obvious thing that's a trope in the Skips are the apollyon class objects. Especially the sentient ones. If every one of them is a world ending reality bending unstoppable walking weapon, there'll be a heck of a lot of little bits of them wriggling around after colliding with their fellow apollyon classes and destroying their containment.

Got one. SCP-043, SCP-092. The former could, possibly, identify and give information on how to counteract and constrain the source of the latter. I'm not past SCP series one section 001-099, but this could be cross referenced against any in the series involving musical Skips.
Right, yes, I picked that up wrongly by going straight to "which SCPs" in my mind rather than the series. My bad. It is a pet peeve though.
