odd issue with pc naming

Post Body

I have been raking my mind with this issue. I am trying to use osdcomputername to set the pc name. I'm generating the variable via powershell and a transcript log with checks the powwershell shows the variable is right and successfully set back tsenviroment. The odd part is the name does not end up as the minint or desired variable but the old pc name and its not in sccm as an asset by any name at the end after successfully imaging. I just did a different test where I hard set the osd variable in the task sequence but the outcome was the same (old pc name not the hard set variable or minint).
