Sc300 2jz-ge question

Hi all I recently purchased a R154 manual swapped sc300. I bought it knowing it had a belt squeal and now Iām here for help. The car idles with no squeal at all, but begins to above 4k rpm. Any ideas of what this could be and how to fix it? Thank you.
