Need help with miyoo mini v2

I have tried many different cables and plugs rated at the 5v 1a output. Nothing seems to actually charge my miyoo. The battery just stays yellow and there is no charge bar. I am at a loss and wanting to replace the battery or look for advice on what I can do. I have tried to reach out to Miyoo with no luck/response. So I come to you Reddit. Please help me
