How do people deal with non-integer scaled resolutions

Just wondering. A lot of these handhelds seem to not have proper resolutions for integer scaling for a lot of platforms without shrinking the screen, massively in some cases. Bad scaling that kinda ruins pixel art and text bugs the crap outta me.

How do you deal with it on handhelds that just don’t have ideal resolutions to scale up to most of the screen?
