Need live in housekeeper

51 yr old white male living in the Floresville/LaVernia.

Have a roughly 2600sq ft home in the country on 1.25 acres. Have 3 dogs. Seeking female to exchange house keeping service in exchange for rent. Normal cleaning to include vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, laundry (prefer you are good with an Iron)

I will supply reasonable groceries. I pay all utilities, cable, high speed internet.

As I have 3 dogs I cannot allow pets. No drugs on the property. No heavy drinkers. No children. No house guest.

If you have Daddy issues, even better.

Please be able to cook. As this would not be a full time job you will need your own spending money, I’m just taking care of room and board. You would have you own bedroom with furniture and tv. Bathroom on your side of the house would be a double vanity with a shower/tub combo. Whirlpool tub in the master suite….might be able to use it occasionally.
