Could my TRT clinic tell if I'm on a Ostarine blast?

I'm currently on a weekly dose of 200mg Test C and 1mg of an AI, with biweekly HCG. They have a policy of dismissing any patients on PEDs that they are not prescribing. I've recently finished my linear progression with my weightlifting and want to cut without much strength/muscle loss, and would like to do a blast of daily Ostarine 20mg.
Would there be any real way they could tell I'm on a SARM?
