How do you take enclo? (Maybe the most stupid question you’ve ever seen)

As the title suggests this may be a ridiculous question so please no judgement. I’m doing my research and finding out information before committing to anything.
How does one use this enclo? It looks like a dropper so do you put in a drink or do you inject somehow… honestly very confused. Please help
