Disable Bluetooth auto connect?

My S24U connects (audio) automatically to almost any nearby device it's paired to. For example, car, stereo, etc. How can I change this so that audio is only sent to a Bluetooth device when I choose to, and otherwise the audio is routed to the phone (or speakers if I choose)?
