Safeguarding against a lost/stolen phone
Post Body

Yesterday I thought my phone was stolen (it wasn't), and I panicked like never before.

But it got me thinking - what can I do here and now to protect me if my phone is ever stolen?

There's the Samsung "Find" app. But is there a way to remotely shut down or even fully erase / reformat the phone, if it's truly lost? This option would also raise safety concerns (a hacker wiping someone's phone).

What are your recommendations?
