Battery

We all know the posts about the battery life and some are getting good life and others aren't. I have to charge my phone 2x a day and I am barely using it. I'm not sure why it is draining so quickly. I even put the power saver on and it added not enough to be worthy of the setting.
What are the keys you are using to get at least the day out of the battery? I have seen tons of posts, but nothing quite like this.
