Poor Cellular and Data Signal

Recently, I'm having issues with my cellular and data signal. I haven't done anything with my phone nor it wasn't dropped or submerged in water.
Before, I have full bar cellular signal here at home for both sims and 5G for data signal, but now, I'm playing at 2 bars or sometimes no service at all for cellular signal. And for data, it's always on EDGE.
I'M IN PH. NTC VERSION. ANY FIXES ON THIS?
Ps. I tried to reset my phone already but it's not the solution.
