The Russian Government illegally hacked the DNC and Clinton Campaign, and spread propaganda to interfere in the 2016 Presidential election.

Their goal was to benefit Donald Trump's campaign.

Trump and multiple key members of his campaign not only welcomed the interference, but Trump himself encouraged it.

His campaign chairman gave private internal polling data to a man the FBI believes is a Russian agent. This included information about the states the campaign was targeting.

We don't "know" what the man did with the information, but the Russians happened to target the same states. (Do we have sources for that?)

This was all discovered by Mueller's investigation, which Trump tried to end or curtail on multiple occasions. He also told his aids to lie, create false documents, and he dangled pardons to keep people from helping the investigation.

Finally, Trump gave written answers under oath that aren't supported by the evidence the investigation uncovered.

So that's Conspiracy to defraud the United States, Obstruction of Justice, and Perjury.
