Need Help figuring out how to use Atlas 3.0 Helmet

Hey guys, so I got the toxin atlas 3.0 helmet and I downloaded the sena apps so it can connect, but it’s not getting picked up in the app. The phone is paired but I also can’t hear the audio so I’m not sure what to do
