We get internet through an ATT cellular device. It works “okay.” Download signals average about 35-50 Mbps. Uploads about 2Mbps. It’s good enough to stream TV with rarely any buffering. (Except for Paramount Plus) The box is in the south window on the east side of the house, which is our sunroom and where we relax and watch TV. However, if I step out on the front porch (West side of house) I get speeds DL speeds of over 300 Mbps and uploads close to 30Mbps. The tower is about two miles to the west.
How can I capture that exponentially stronger signal on the west side of the house? It doesn’t have to be 300Mbps but it would be nice to kick it up a few notches. Is there a simple solution?
There is no other access to internet out here. No cable. No fiber. Just the various cell companies and ATT is, by far, the best for our location.
Thanks.
