Hi everyone,
I've been lucky enough to have my name picked out to run at the Tokyo marathon 2023. My most recent marathon last month took me 5:05 hours to complete. I ran that in the Adidas Adizero Adios 7. In the build up for that marathon, I did a half marathon also in the Adizero Adios 7 and a 10km in the Brooks Glycerine 19. Most of my daily training is in the Glycerine 19.
In previous years, two other marathons that I ran were in the Adios Adizero 4 (4:08 and 5:18)
My form is still very sloppy and I still expect a 4-5 hour time for the Tokyo marathon. So with that in mind, can someone recommend me a marathon shoe? I'm assuming carbon plated shoes are probably not suited for me?
I guess I'm looking for something a bit more comfortable.
Thank you!
