Hi I'm curious what do you do with running shoes you don't love running in. As an example I have a pair of Boston 9s I picked up for less than half price a couple years ago. I've run 400kms and they have plenty of life left but I don't like running in them as I prefer shoes with more cushion/spring. Should I bin them, donate them, lawn mowing duties or just run them til their end of life. What do you guys do?
Nike invincible 3. I ran in them once and got injured. Even now, its uncomfortable to walk in them for extended periods.

They're comically squishy. They def seem to put unnecessary pressure on the joints and tendons in the ankle/knee. Even after doing yoga and changing my leg workouts to just single leg lifts, it still doesn't help them (I was doing this regardless, not just bc of the shoes, lol).
