Post Body

As the heading says - I am a relatively new runner. I did my first 5K in Hoka Rincon’s. I got fitted for new shoes today as I want to up my mileage and walked away with ASICS Gel-Nimbus 25. I tried on Nike Pegasus, Nike Invincible and Nike Zoom 5 All 3 felt terrible on my feet, particularly my heel and when I ran, I felt a lot of impact. Just curious as to what aspect of the Nike design would mean that 3 different types of shoes didn’t suit my feet?
