Left sandal incredibly worn out before right sandal - runners, help?

Post Body

I realize this is not exactly a perfect post for runners but yโ€™all understand physics of feet and legs quite well. So bear with me.

My absolutely wonderful Volvom sandals are toast after 6 months.

Apparently, my left foot twists while walking or does something that renders my left foot worn while my right foot is absolutely fine and looks like I have at least another years worth of wear.

I donโ€™t have pidgeon toe walking, I have a very straight walking stance, and I am right handed and right eye dominant.

Just trying to understand some body physics and see if any runners have experienced with these sandals? Probably a good 50k miles on these bad boys in a short period of time so Iโ€™m blown away at how good my right sandal sandal is given everything.

The sad thing is, I once went to a full Equinox evaluation where some strangeness was happening with my left foot and knees during many different trials. They had absolutely no recommendations or understanding as to what might be going on. Thank you Reddit ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
