Hi all,
I was running on NIke Zoom fly 4 for 6-7 months and always had severe shin splint on left foot after 10ks had to rest 5-6 days before I could get back to running. I got my feet scanned at a store and found that left foot was over pronating a little so they suggested to go for support shoes. And based on reviews I got Saucony Tempus. Now after 1 week of running on them, I dont have shin splint on left foot but have on right foot on the side of the mid shin.
Now I am concerned that can this be due to support shoes as right didn’t need a support and is unable go to natural position due to support in the shoe. After 10ks now , My right shin is really shore but once I massage them gently I feel ok and can get back to 4-5k running next day. Can you advise what should I do. Thanks
