Did I get an STI from running?

So, a few days ago, I got back from a real long run, like two miles or something. As I was taking an ass-blasting shit because I'm an alcoholic, I noticed there was some blue fuzz on my ballsack. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? It tasted like salty boogers, and even though I cleaned it off with my wife's toothbrush, it came back the next day, and then again today! What the hell is it? Did I get an STI from running? Please help ASAP!
