I've recently embraced night running. There's something super thrilling about exercising in the dark. Unfortunately I dropped my phone on one of my runs, rendering portions of the screen unreadable - but I can get the jist of most articles and nessages
Anyway, I was reading some of r/running and it suggested that I should slow down. They suggested something called the run-wank-run method? Or atleast that's what I thought it said. This running/self-pleasure combo surprised me but if that's what it takes to get fitted then I'm game. Apparently regular wanking breaks can reduce my HR? Seems counter intuitive to me but they're the experts.
On another post it suggested that running with fleshlight would be a good idea. That makes sense, especially on cold nights I don't want to have to take my gloves off.
So there's my question - which fleshlight is best for my run-wank-run night explores?
