Hi, it's going to be fall soon and I'm not sure how to dress to run in a moderate (not too hot, not too cold) temperature?
Having run all summer, will I have to now run faster to hit my zone 2 pace? If I do, will I run too fast and cause my knees to spontaneously combust in a cartilage fire? What about my box nose breathing? I've worked on breathing in for 12, holding for 30 seconds and exhaling for 1...does this need to change.
How will the change in temperature affect the airpod on my alpha flys? Should I change my socks to account for the PSI change I can expect?
Finally, what viscosity can I expect my gu to flow at in moderately temperate heat index with negligible humidity?
Really scared guys - maybe I should not run until it's frigidly cold?
