Hi, I ran my usual weekly 5k marathon today and I didn't feel hard at all. Like not even slightly aroused...
Can someone explain to me why I've suddenly lost my physical desires for running? Usually by the time I've been out for an hour and finished my second km then there's a definite tenting in my lululemon ABC 7 inchers. Today... nothing.
I tried slowing down from that point and focused on nose breathing which I usually find gets my juices flowing but to no avail.
Is this the opposite of a runners high? Do I need to start taking the blue gu sachets? Really worried guys.
