Typically after running 500 miles and 500 more, six days a week, I’ll rest on the seventh day as God intended. I made a big mistake though. As most rest day goers will know - don’t move your body at all or all hell breaks loose for your conditioning schedule. Usually I’ll be in bed with all my essential amenities, which includes a quarter-filled Gatorade bottle taped directly to my dick and ball sack. This serves two purposes: I can pee without getting up, and two, the Gatorade itself will recharge my ball sack electrolytes since that’s where the pee is stored.
Anyways, I made a lapse in judgement by forgetting the Gataorde bottle today, so what followed was a mental game of not breaking my rest day habit by peeing and shitting the bed, or wimping out and exerting my precious energy by getting my Gatorade piss bottle. Sadly, I chose the latter, but I wanted to be open and transparent here as those with Olympic World Champion aspirations, such as myself, can make mistakes too, and I will be regretting this for a bit. Nonetheless, the grind never stops!
