Shorts or underwear options for holding a phone?

I generally run with my phone but use my watch for tracking. I used to run with an arm band but it irritates my tattoo. I don't like just leaving it in my pocket, moves around to much. I've heard of underwear with a pouch to hold your phone. Have no idea who sells them. Anybody have that or other ideas?
