A persona makes an appearance on the Hub job boards. It’s a customized persona of a man in early Victorian attire: complete with long tailcoat, waistcoat, kerchief tie, and riding boots. They leave a file in the form of a letter sealed in wax, and leave upon confirmation of its upload. Upon accessing the file, it opens up to reveal the following:

<My dear vagabonds,>

<I must implore upon you again for your assistance. Though I am in your debt for assisting me in my vendetta, I ask not for blood to be spilled to right wrongs. Rather, we are to endeavor for nobler ambitions. A number of persons that have me infatuated have vanished into thin air. Their whereabouts have potentially been found but for a mere gentleman such as myself, grandeur and headlong furrows into danger is not my forte. Ergo, I will be ever grateful if you can aid me in locating said persons and bringing them to my domicile forthwith.>
