Week 3 is so much harder!

I just did week 3 workout 1, and it is so much harder in ramp up. I could only do my last few drills at 45s run. For context, I've done long distance walking at good pace but I'm getting into running with this app. (I want to do the main app and am using this to get ready for it.)

Should I try repeating week 2 or just keep going and possibly repeat this week until I get it down?
