Does anyone know anything about the Magic Store?

So obviously we've all seen the Black Market and Magic Store on the iPhone end of the app, but the Magic Store always says they're expecting a shipment.
Is it not released yet? If so, does anyone know when it might/will be released? Is it something that gets unlocked by progression?
I'd really love to learn anything new about it because it's been a mystery to me since I've started. I'd kinda like to hope that eventually you'll be able to pay to unlock spells earlier, making retiring easier.
