Fundraising Commitments Question
Post Body

I have been sending applications to charities to run for in the marathon but unfortunately, none of them have returned back. I just applied for those where I could tie a personal story and an advocacy that I truly support from my side. In the individual application pages, I only put the minimum amount that these organizations require (eg, minimum of $3k, I put 3k). I have a hunch that they'll select people who commit to more than the minimum. If you say put an amount higher than the minimum, are you committed to meet that amount or will the minimum stays the same (or this is subjective to which charity/organization)?
