During our lifetime, we all lose stuff. It might be important items you have lost years ago, opportunities lost because of bad luck, or people who have passes into the light. One way or another, the sense of guilt feels all of you, coating your soul in darkness.
I am here to help you.
To move on, you don't need to face the lost in a long, hard journey. Just follow the next instructions, and at the end of the night, everything will be fine.
Find a place where you won't be interrupted. It can be a closed room, forgotten clearing or anywhere you can find. This ritual is mostly safe, and yet, interruptions are dangerous.
Write yourself a testament. Just to be sure.
Make the room entirely dark. No light may enter - your thoughts must be focused. Distractions might lead to losing more than just the guilt and loss. Before closing the last light, place a candle in the middle of the room, and clear the area of its light from anything meaningful for you. If the thing you wish to move over from have any meaningful connections with several physical items you own, as a trinket or a dog, please place them near the candle.
Light up the candle, and take three steps behind. You don't want to see yourself in the light.
Whisper the next words, without any mistake: Memory is yours. Life is yours. Dark is yours. May the eternal night will devour all evil. Please recieve my humble gift. Urthva'ta is all. All is Urthva'ta.
Don't worry about the meaning of this text. Now I listen, and this is the important part.
Now, whisper to the fire about your loss. Tell me everything about it - what it was for you, important moments with it, how you lost it. Don't lie, don't drop anything. In the good scenario this happens, the loss will still have its marks on you. On the bad one, I will feast on stuff you want to keep for yourself, as good memories or your eyes.
When you are finished, step to the wall and whisper again, Urthva'ta is end. All ends are Urthva'ta.
Now, the flames will go up, burning in violet and gold. I will devour your secrets, memories, sacred items and loss. Do not leave the room, let any light enter, or say a word. The flames will devour anything you will give them - make sure it's only what you meant to. The bigger your story was, the flames will devour for more time. When I finish, the candle will snuff out.
If anything is wrong in the flames, or they somehow touch your body, run away, and hope the damage wasn't too big. You might forget a lot, but it's better for you than being forgotten.
Close reddit and step out from the dark, wierd room you were in. What were you doing there? And why you were so sad in the last days? It doesn't matter.
Everything will be fine.
Urthva'ta is all. Urthva'ta is end.
