Honestly I feel like I'm picking at everyones brains lol so with Boats I understand space is restricted.
I really want to join the boats however I'm torn between boats and surface due to not having an idea on how fitness can be maintained whilst on patrol.
Last thing I'd want is to be discharged for not meeting annual fitness guidelines.
In the few posts I've read it's 1 treadmill..maybe a rowing machine...possibly even a bench.
What does the annual fitness test consist of?
I've heard you can have a crew of upto 120 on a boat. Does this mean the facilities are shared if so how realistic is meeting the fitness standards.
Also would you be more prone to put weight on or lose weight when on patrol.
Can't thank you all for the support, knowledge and experience you have. I appreciate it thank you
